Grilled Beef Strip Steak
You can easily make this recipe and bring the steakhouse to your home with a perfectly grilled steak! Serve your grilled beef strip steak with a side of mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, or any of your favorite sides for meal that balances the homemade charm with steakhouse indulgence!

- 2 each Steaks, about 1" thick (Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, etc.)
- 4 tbsp Steak Seasoning Rub (Store-bought or homemade)
Season each side of the steaks with approximately 1 tbsp of the steak seasoning rub and let them rest and come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Grill the steaks until they reach the desired doneness. Use a thermometer for best results. For medium rare, pull the steaks at 135℉, about 5 to 6 minutes per side. For medium, pull the steaks at 145℉, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Let the steaks rest, off the heat, for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for best results.
